Our Story
McNair Collegiate Partners was founded by Jeyton McNair. In 2022 Mr. McNair opened the Austin office and brought on Garrett Kilcrease and Mitch Holt to lead expansion efforts in development and investment sales respectively. Jeyton McNair spearheaded the Team's strategic relationships and growth trajectory.
Together, they focus on building long-term client relationships, providing expert guidance across investment and development opportunities, and delivering disciplined execution. With deep industry relationships and a hands-on approach, McNair Collegiate Partners is creating a fully integrated presence in the student housing market.
