McNair Collegiate Partners facilitates the sale of 1.23 acres across from Texas A&M University on behalf of developers, Up Campus and The Dinerstein Companies, who have entered into a JV to develop a 346-unit, 874-bed student housing community.

 

The 19-story high rise will be located at the corner of University Drive and Wellborn Road and will include state-of-the-art amenities for Texas A&M students in College Station. The project anticipates a Summer 2026 delivery.
