MCP led development consulting and land assemblage efforts on behalf of Villas Student Housing on the acquisition of 2.55 acres near the University of Tennessee in Knoxville in the prominent South Waterfront District. The 202-unit, 605-bed luxury student housing community will offer studio through five-bedroom unit configurations across two six-story buildings. The 235,000-square-foot community will offer state-of-the-art shared amenities including a resort-style pool, fitness center, basketball court, and private study spaces.
