Huntsville, Texas — McNair Collegiate Partners has arranged the sale of Midtown Sam Houston, a 384-bed student housing community located near Sam Houston State University in Huntsville. Developed in 2017, the garden-style community offers two- and four-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities include study rooms, lounge areas, a fitness center and resort-style swimming pool. The community is fully pre-leased ahead of the 2024-2025 academic year. McNair Collegiate Partners represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. Further details on the buyer or terms of the transaction were not provided.
