McNair Collegiate Partners' development team provided consulting services to The Dinerstein Companies on the land acquisition for Sterling Cottages Auburn, a 393-bed student housing development located near the corner of Kent Drive and East University Drive in Auburn, Alabama. MCP procured the land and worked alongside TDC in negotiations with the undisclosed seller.

Sterling Cottages Auburn is slated to break ground in Summer of 2026 and is set to deliver for the Fall of 2028.
